If your cape arrives damaged or defective, or stops working properly under normal use, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a quick photo or video. We'll arrange a replacement or a refund, no hassle. Covers manufacturing faults only, not misuse, accidents or normal wear and tear.
How do I wash it?
Easy. Unplug it, detach the controller, then machine wash cold on gentle. Hang it up to air dry so the fleece stays as soft as day one. No tumble dryer.

Does it need to be plugged in?
It runs on low-voltage USB power, the same kind that charges your phone. Plug it into a USB power bank and stay cordless around the house, or into a USB wall adapter when you're settled on the couch. There's no high-voltage current anywhere in the cape.
What size should I order?
One size, and it fits nearly everyone. It's unisex and intentionally roomy, so it wraps right over whatever you're already wearing and covers you head to toe. Nothing to measure, no size to pick, no getting it wrong.
How long will the heat last?
That depends on your power bank. The bigger its capacity, the longer the warmth. When it runs low you just recharge it like your phone, or swap in a second one and keep going. Plugged into a wall adapter instead, it runs as long as you want it to.
Is it safe to wear?
Yes, it's built for it. The cape runs entirely on low-voltage USB power, and the controller has three heat settings plus an automatic shut-off timer, so it manages itself. Like any heated garment, we wouldn't recommend sleeping in it all night. It's made for cozy evenings in the chair.
Is it a good gift?
It might be the easiest gift you buy all year. One size means no awkward what-size-are-they text, it works for basically anyone who owns a couch, and the hood makes it the one they'll actually unwrap and immediately put on.
How many heat settings are there?
Three. The controller has a digital display so you can see exactly where you are, and the carbon fibre elements reach temperature in about 60 seconds. There are three heated panels in total, covering the upper back, the forearms and both hand pockets.

If your cape arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or video, and we'll arrange a replacement.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery usually takes 1 to 2 and a half weeks depending on your location and the carrier. Your tracking number is emailed to you as soon as it becomes available, which can take a couple of days after your order ships. Order by December 1st to receive it in time for Christmas.
