Shipping policy

Free shipping. Every order ships free to Canada and the United States. We do not ship anywhere else for now.

Delivery times. Your order is prepared in 1 to 3 business days, then shipped. Expect 7 to 15 business days in total between your order and delivery. Times may be longer during busy periods or if the carrier is delayed.

Tracking. You get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Check your junk mail if you don't see it.

Duties and taxes included. Customs duties and import taxes are already paid: you have nothing to pay on delivery. If a carrier asks you for fees, write to us at vyzosnow@outlook.com and we will refund them.

Free micro SD card with the Vision X. The card ships in a separate package, with its own tracking number. It may arrive before or after your goggles.

Shipping address. Double-check your address before paying. If a package comes back to us because of an incomplete or wrong address, the cost of reshipping it is on you.

Lost or late package. If your tracking stops moving for 30 days, write to us at vyzosnow@outlook.com and we will reship your order.
