Your personal information stays confidential. VYZO SNOW never sells it, never rents it and never uses it for advertising.

What we collect. Only what we need to process your order: your name, your email, your shipping address, your phone number if you give it, and your order details. Payment is handled securely by Shopify: we never see your card number.

Why. To process your order, ship it to you, send you your tracking number and answer your questions. We only send you promotional emails if you asked for them, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with. We only pass on what is needed to deliver your order: to Shopify (the store platform), to our supplier and to the carrier. Some of them are located outside Canada, for example in the United States. Shopify also processes some data under its own privacy policy.

Cookies. The store only uses the cookies it needs to work (cart, checkout).

Retention. We keep your information as long as needed for your order, your exchanges and our legal obligations, then we delete it.

Your rights. You can ask to access your information, correct it or delete it, or withdraw your consent, by writing to vyzosnow@outlook.com.
